Jim Drumm, founder and owner, has followed the five generation legacy of skilled craftsman in his family. With humble beginnings, he first started with a $400 dump truck purchased from the Pennysaver Company, and has since built a sterling reputation for his in-depth knowledge of the construction business. He is a master mason and concrete finisher with over thirty-eight years of experience running his own company, and nearly forty years in the industry. Now with a fleet of high quality equipment, Jim currently dedicates his time to the oversight of his thriving company by focusing on the day-to-day details required for the success of his customers and his employees. On occasion, he is still called upon to return to the field for projects that only few people can do, including highly specialized masonry work. He also oversees the ongoing training of his highly skilled staff.
